Changes Happen
A whole world drowned in water can change people. Anyone can get changed by loss, power, and other people. An apocalypse can change a lot of things. That’s exactly what happens in the book Xisle by Steve Augarde. With so many characters there is a lot of change to be noticed.
A lot of things can change people, but nothing more than losing people close to you. When that happens, people want to give up and not try anymore. What people should do is when they lose somebody is try to be positive instead. For instance it’s a chance to be independent from everything else.
Only power can change people as much as loss can. When people have power they think they can have everything. Sometimes when leaders get to much power they turn crazy and the citizens rebel. But like everything else it can be controlled. An example of good power is in the United States because president has power, but also restrictions.
Power has a major influence on people, but so does other people. One way people can influence you is whenever other people are in bad moods it gets more people in bad moods and so on. Another way people can influence you is when someone is a bad person and they teach you how to be bad as well. For instance, if there is a bad person that you are around a lot you might develop some of their traits.
No matter what happens in life there will always be changes, changes in yourself and everything around you. There are a lot of ways people can get changed, positive or negative. Changes are very important, and even though they can make you sad you need to stay positive.
